Tim Hebert

CEO/Founder

Tim sees the world differently. As a perennial entrepreneur and innovator, he’s committed to finding the untapped potential—and helping others do the same. As CEO and Founder, Tim sets the Trilix compass, establishing the visionary trajectory for our boutique firm. For more than two decades, Tim served as CEO and President of Atrion, a Rhode Island-based IT services firm that grew from a two-man, garage-based shop to a $125-million, 260-plus employee powerhouse under his tenure.

Tim is also a prolific speaker and author on the topic of intentional leadership; an endless adventurer and daredevil (he has summited Kilimanjaro!) and a voracious Diet Coke drinker.

Dana McInnis

Principal, Business Solutions

Dana lives by Emily Dickinson's words, “I dwell in Possibility.” She is energized by the opportunities that exist in eliminating mediocre processes and helping business teams think differently. Dana has more than 20 years of experience as a business and systems analyst, technical writer and trainer, having worked in the application development space within the government, healthcare and financial sectors. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Dana is an artist at heart. She received an MFA in Creative Writing and as her final thesis authored a biography of America's most celebrated lighthouse keeper, Ida Lewis, who lived in Newport, Rhode Island.

Greg Moore

Senior Software Developer

Always up for a technical challenge, Greg is responsible for the coding of websites, custom applications and system integrations for Trilix clients. Prior to joining Trilix, Greg worked as an Application Developer for 8-plus years at Northrop Grumman Information Systems and most recently as a Web Developer at Atrion. His expertise includes: SQL, C/C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJS. Ever gregarious and affable, Greg loves the start of new projects so that he can start building the technology strategy based on detailed business needs.

In the office, we can count on Greg for all movie trivia answers and to lend us some great recommendations on where to ski (His top pick? The Italian Alps).

Carrie Majewski

Principal, Marketing

While the rest of the team may see the world in numbers, Carrie sees it in words. A lover of storytelling and branding, Carrie steers our marketing ship—ensuring the delivery of clear and consistent messaging. Prior to joining Trilix, Carrie served as Director of Marketing for Atrion and founder of a content marketing agency. Carrie was named to the Rhode Island “40 Under 40” Class of 2017, and the 2016 Tech10 Winner in the Women in Technology category.

When she is not busy crafting marketing assets, you’ll find her running the Women in Leadership Nexus, grooving in a hip-hop class, or finding parks to explore with her rescue dog, Tori.

Randy Jackvony

Principal, Technology and Client Services

As Trilix’s primary technical leader, Randy ensures all engagements and solutions are of the highest quality—working with clients from presales through execution to make certain they have business-outcome improvement based engagements. He has more than 20 years of experience driving vision and intelligently leveraging solutions in technology, having previously worked as a Client Engagement Partner at Atrion, Director of Development at multiple healthcare software vendors, and IT Director at Lifespan, among other roles. He is a Certified Scrum Master and received his Master of Science, Information Technology, from Carnegie Mellon University (while working full-time and still finding time to spend with his wife and two kids!).

Fun fact: Randy had something of a marching band career. In high school, he marched in three Patriot’s halftime shows and at the inaugural parade for George H. Bush (#41)!

Chris Giordano

Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, Chris has more than 10 years of experience in helping businesses run more efficiently and provide better levels of IT service to their end users. At Trilix, Chris works with clients on developing custom solutions that allow businesses to drive towards their desired outcomes. Prior to joining the team, Chris worked as a Senior Platform Developer at Atrion, a .NET developer at BT Global Services, and a Software Engineer at Health Dialog.

The New Hampshire-based developer is a perpetual learner: when he is stumped, you’ll find him picking up a book or taking a class, not allowing “I don’t know” to ever be an answer.

Garry Foisy

Principal, Business Development

With humility, integrity and a sense of humor to keep things in perspective, Garry strives to make a difference each day in his role as leader of business development. Believing that authentic, strong relationships sit at the center of successful business partnerships, Garry focuses on uniquely uncovering client's recognized and unrecognized needs to help them drive towards innovation expediently. He brings more than 20 years of business development and client experience to Trilix, with a strong background in introducing and building successful divisions for established enterprises.

On the weekends, you can catch Garry performing in front of captivated crowds; this singer-songwriter-guitarist plays regularly around Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Travis Eland

Senior Software Developer

Travis loves getting to the root of why something occurs—and the challenges and analysis that goes along with that. At Trilix, he is responsible for creating the technology architecture of client solutions, as well as the coding of websites, custom applications and system integrations. He worked as a Software Engineer for Northrop Grumman Information Systems for more than nine years, before most recently working as a Senior Platform Developer for Atrion for the past four-plus years. Travis holds the following Microsoft certifications: MCSA: Web Applications, MCSD: App Builder, and MCSD: SharePoint Applications.

This avid rock climber and hiker is working to summit the 48, 4,000-feet White Mountains in New Hampshire.

Erica Davies

Principal, Business Operations

Erica is an expert relationship builder and organizer of things—a true Virgo at heart. As head of Business Operations, Erica oversees Trilix’s daily operations, from personnel matters to financial management to office procedures. She is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve company policies and processes, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Erica brings to Trilix deep expertise in business improvement, executive support, event management and strategy, leadership and strategic planning.

Off the clock, you will find her spending time with her husband, daughter and their energetic but cuddly Vizsla/Weimaraner mix, Roxie Rosie.

Scott Cornell

Lead Architect

Scott bring more than 20 years of development experience to Trilix, with specific experience in full-stack development and business application design. As Lead Architect, he is responsible for creating the technology architecture of the solutions that we produce for our clients. With each client engagement, Scott focuses on building a strong relationship with the business and project managers—allowing him to gather requirements, identify project risks and set a realistic project timeframe expediently. He takes pride in being able to look beyond technologies of the moment and plan for future growth and change.
